SADV Prize Draw Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Overview The SADV Prize Draw Competition ("Competition") is designed to reward customers who stay connected by purchasing 30-day vouchers. Eligible customers stand a chance to win weekly, monthly, and grand prizes based on their subscription history. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
   
   
2. Prize Structure

• • Weekly Prize: R2,500 cash prize
  • Monthly Prize: R10,000 cash prize
  • Grand Prize: Up to R100,000 (Eligibility requires staying connected until December 2025)

3. Eligibility Rules for Each Prize
   

• • Weekly Prize – R2,500

• • • Each successful recharge or renewal within the competition period counts as an entry for that week’s draw.
    • Customers must recharge before the end of the week to be eligible for that week’s prize. The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
    • Customers who pays before the expiry date (stay continuously connected) get double entries for the weekly draws.

1. • Monthly Prize – R10,000

• • • Customers who stay continuously connected for 60 days or more will be eligible
    • A valid 30-day voucher purchase in that month secures an entry into that month’s prize draw.
    • EasyPay customers: Pay two months or more in advance and get double entries
    • Payfast customers: Get double entries for remaining connected.
      
      
  • Grand Prize – Up to R100,000

• • • Customers who stay continuously connected for 60 days or more will be eligible
    • Customers earn one grand prize entry per month when they renew with a 30-day voucher before their service expires.
    • Customers who miss a payment will forfeit their entries and will have to accumulate new entries from the date that they start paying again.
    • EasyPay customers: Pay in advance & boost your grand prize entries!
      • Pay 2 months in advance = 4 entries
      • Pay 3 months in advance = 6 entries
      • Pay 4 months in advance = 9 entries
      • Pay 5 months in advance = 12 entries
      • Pay 6 months in advance = 15 entries
    • Payfast Customers: Get double entries for remaining connected (including customers who switch from EasyPay to Payfast).

4. General Rules

• • Prizes are awarded via random draw.
  • Customers must have an active 30-day voucher at the time of the draw to claim their prize.

5. Prize Disbursement

• • The winners of the weekly, monthly, and grand prize draws will be notified via their registered contact details.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods/services.
  • Cash prizes will be processed through the customer’s verified bank account.
  • Winners will be liable to declare their winnings with SARS.

6. Competition Duration

• • The Competition runs until December 2025.
  • SADV reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.

7. Additional Terms

• • SADV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Competition will result in disqualification.
  • By participating, entrants agree to SADV using their name and likeness in marketing material if they win.
  • SADV’s decision on all matters related to the Competition is final and binding.
