How do I troubleshoot a “No Internet” connection on a specific device?

  • Restart the device: Unplug the router and wait 30 seconds, then plug is back in.
  • Forget & reconnect to Wi-Fi: Forget the Wi-Fi network on the device and reconnect.
  • Test with another network: Connect your device to a different Wi-Fi network to test if the issue experienced is not with your gadget.
