SADV Fibre Internet is a prepaid service that offers great value for money. Starting from R399 per month, you get unlimited internet access for the whole month. With a fibre connection, you are assured of a strong, reliable connection that works all day long, and you can connect up to 10 Wi-Fi devices simultaneously.

  • Interference: Avoid placing other electronic devices and metal objects close to the router. Also, ensure that the router is not installed behind walls during installation.
  • Wi-Fi extenders: Consider using a Wi-Fi extender or mesh network to boost the signal in weak areas.

  • Check your devices: Ensure that other devices connected to the network aren’t using too much bandwidth (e.g., streaming or downloading large files).
  • Restart your router: Unplug the router, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Check for interference: check if there are no electronic devices close by that could cause interference, please remove these devices.
  • Run a speed test: Use an online speed test tool like speedtest.net to check your current internet speed.

You can use the EasyPay number to make payments at the following authorised retail outlets: Pick n Pay, Boxer, PEP, Ackermans, Clicks, Lewis, Game, Makro, Woolworths, Massmart, Kazang. You can also pay online through the portal or on the EasyPay website (www.easypay.co.za) or via the EasyPay app or Capitec's banking app.

  • 30-Day Once-Off Subscription: Purchase a voucher every 30 days via EasyPay or PayFast. You will receive a reminder to renew your subscription a few days before it runs out. Activation can take up to 24 hours after renewal. You can load up to 6 vouchers at once, and they will activate consecutively as each 30-day period expires.
  • Monthly Recurring Subscription: The subscription is automatically renewed every month, with payments deducted from your credit or debit card via PayFast, provided there are sufficient funds.

  • Restart your router: Unplug the router, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Check cables: Ensure all cables are securely connected and not damaged.
