What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, your services will be suspended. To resume your services, you will need to make the outstanding payment.

  • If you are a Payfast user, you have 9 days to make a payment.
  • If you are a Easypay user then you have 90 days to make a payment.
  • If are not able to make a payment within the above timelines, contact us via WhatsApp 084 555 5585 select option 6.
