1. Promoter
This promotion is run by SADV (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is strictly invite only and is open to selected customers who meet the following criteria:
- Are:
- Customers whose services are expiring within the next seven (7) days; or
- Customers whose services expired within the last thirty (30) days; or
- Customers whose services were terminated within the last seven (7) days;
- All billing active customers.
- Have been selected based on SADV’s internal customer scoring and selection methodology; and
- Have received official promotional communication from SADV via SMS, USSD, App notification, or another authorised channel inviting them to participate in this promotion.
2.2 All SADV customers will be selected for this promotion.
2.3 Receipt of an official promotional communication is mandatory for participation. Customers who do not receive such communication are not eligible, even if they meet the criteria listed above.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion is valid from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026, inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Only payments made during the Promotion Period will qualify.
4. How to Participate
To qualify for the reward, an eligible customer must:
- Pay their full subscription fee;
- Make such payment within the Promotion Period; and
- Complete payment using an approved payment channel of the Promoter.
5. Reward
5.1 Eligible customers who meet the promotion criteria will receive a guaranteed reward specified in the official promotional communication sent to the customer.
5.2 The reward will be provided in the form of a voucher issued by the Promoter.
5.3 The voucher can be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be reissued or extended past the 30-day period.
5.4 The reward will be issued within two (2) business days after successful validation of payment.
5.5 The reward is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.6 There will be two grand prize draws for the value of R100,000 each. The draw dates are 1 July 2026 and 1 February 2027.
6. Validation
6.1 All payments are subject to verification by the Promoter.
6.2 Incomplete, reversed, refunded, or failed payments will not qualify.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any customer suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion.
7. Limitations
7.1 Each eligible customer may receive the reward only once during the Promotion Period unless stated otherwise.
7.2 This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless stated otherwise.
8. Communication
8.1 Promotional messages will be sent via SMS, USSD, mobile application, e-mail, or other approved channels.
8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for messages not received due to network issues, incorrect contact details, device limitations, spam filtering, or any other technical or third-party failure.
9. Changes and Termination
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for operational, legal, regulatory, or technical reasons.
9.2 Where reasonably possible, any changes will be communicated through official channels.
10. Data Privacy
10.1 Customer data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
11.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
11.3 By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
