1. Promotion overview
1.1. This promotion is offered by SADV (Pty) Ltd (“SADV”) on the Vumatel Reach network.
1.2. The promotional offer is a 10 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload recurring monthly fibre subscription at R199 per month, subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Promotional period
2.1. The promotion is available to order from 6 November 2026 to 31 March 2027, inclusive.
2.2. The promotional price applies only until 30 April 2027, regardless of when the customer orders or activates the service. It is not a fixed-duration discount calculated from the service start date.
3. Availability and eligibility
3.1. The promotion is available only at premises where Vumatel’s tactical 10/10 Mbps product is offered.
3.2. Availability is subject to address verification, network coverage and technical feasibility.
3.3. Customers must select the promotional recurring product when ordering. Ordering the standard 10/10 Mbps product does not automatically qualify the customer for the promotional price.
3.4. The standard 10/10 Mbps once-off product remains available to order separately.
3.5. Service activation is subject to completion of SADV’s registration, verification and payment requirements.
4. Subscription and payment
4.1. This offer is a recurring monthly subscription. Customers must authorise recurring payments through a supported SADV payment method.
4.2. Monthly payments are payable in accordance with the customer’s billing cycle and SADV’s standard payment terms.
4.3. The promotion does not apply to once-off prepaid vouchers.
4.4. Non-payment, suspension and reconnection are governed by SADV’s standard terms and conditions.
5. Pricing after the promotion
5.1. The R199 promotional monthly price ends on 31 March 2027.
5.2. From 1 May 2027, the subscription will revert to the applicable standard monthly price, currently R285 per month on recurring.
5.3. If a standard price increase takes effect on 1 April 2027, the revised standard price will apply. The current R285 price is therefore not guaranteed beyond the promotional period.
5.4. SADV will communicate the applicable post-promotion price and any price changes in accordance with its standard terms and applicable notification requirements.
5.5. The end of the promotion does not automatically cancel the subscription. The service continues at the applicable standard price unless cancelled in accordance with SADV’s standard cancellation process.
6. Service and package changes
6.1. The advertised speeds are maximum line speeds. Actual performance may vary according to network conditions, equipment, Wi-Fi coverage and other technical factors.
6.2. If a customer changes to another package, the price and terms applicable to the selected package will apply. The R199 promotional price cannot be transferred to another package.
6.3. Installation, equipment, support and cancellation remain subject to SADV’s applicable standard service terms. This promotion changes the monthly subscription price only.
7. General conditions
7.1. These promotional terms must be read together with SADV’s standard terms and conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.
7.2. Where there is a conflict regarding the promotional price, promotional dates or qualifying product, these promotional terms take precedence. All other standard service terms continue to apply.
7.3. Nothing in these terms limits any rights a customer has under applicable South African law.
